Replacement:
We request the customers to take a video while unboxing the parcel to claim for refund and return. Having a video will help us to take more precise decision for the refunds and replacements.
In the highly unlikely event that any product you ordered from us is received in damaged or in defective condition, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you will get the replacement for the exact same product as was originally ordered by you (request for any other product as replacement will not be valid).
If the product received is damaged/incorrect, you have to intimate us within 24 hours of product delivery with the proper reason.

 After the return request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However, at the time of pickup, if the hand-over of the package is  delayed by you, the return request will not be entertained. After the product is received in an undamaged, unused condition along with the original box and tags intact.
After the product is received in unused and the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags intact, the original product as was ordered by you will be reshipped to you.Products damaged while being used do not qualify for replacement or refund.
For minor color and design variations in the product from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for replacement or refund .
Orders related to size issues specially with the bangles will not be liable for returned, replaced or refunds. WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCTS DESIGN ? CAN I RETURN THEM ?
No, we do not accept returns for products which you do not like, before order we provide video as well as photo with every angle of product to confirm of your orderÂ
Nexjewel allows you 1 days to return a damaged product with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame,
 The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
For Reimbursements:
 If the product is returned 1 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
